Sjava Responds to Fan Demanding ATM Album With a Respectful Clapback

Sjava recently addressed a passionate fan who called out for the long-awaited ATM (African Trap Movement) album, delivering a response that blended firmness with respect.

The fan took to Twitter with a heartfelt plea: “We need that ATM album guys asidlali la 😭😭😭😭❤️🐐 My goats.” Their message, directed at ATM members like Sjava, Saudi, and others, was a clear cry for a group comeback.

Sjava, known for his thoughtful and grounded approach, didn’t ignore the message. He responded in isiZulu: “Ubani odlalayo? Bafowethu asihloniphaneni kuze sizokwazi ukuqhubeja nohambo.” Translated, he asked, “Who’s playing? Brothers, let’s respect each other so we can move forward on this journey.”

Social media was quick to react—some fans saw Sjava’s words as stern, while others read it as his usual mix of dry humor and wisdom. Despite their silence as a collective, individual ATM artists like Sjava, Saudi, and Emtee have remained active with solo work.

With fans voicing renewed interest and energy, speculation is growing: is the long-delayed ATM group project finally on the horizon? For now, we wait—hopeful.
